Founder, Beyond Milestones
A family opening a kinder space
Abeeha, her husband Abdul Haseeb and their sons Ali and Aun started Beyond Milestones after seeing a gap in compassion for autistic children. We believe an autistic brain can do wonders.
Meet the founder: Abeeha Fatima
Abeeha is a psychologist and ABA therapist (ABAT, QABA) with an MSc in Psychology from Quaid-i-Azam University and a postgraduate diploma in clinical psychology from Riphah International University.
She has worked with children at PIMS, the Punjab Special Education Department and Smart Start Academe, and founded Beyond Milestones to bring clear, caring ABA support to families close to home.

Questions parents ask us
Do we need a diagnosis before we start?
No diagnosis is needed to talk to us or to book a parent call. We begin with an assessment to plan goals. We cannot give a medical diagnosis; if your child needs one, we will help you find a paediatrician, developmental paediatrician or clinical psychologist.
Our relatives say he will talk when he is ready. What should we do?
This is very common in Pakistan, and it comes from love. Waiting can cost valuable time, so it is wise to have your child checked by a paediatrician. We are happy to speak with relatives and explain what we are doing and why.
Does health insurance cover ABA therapy in Pakistan?
Most health insurance plans in Pakistan do not cover ABA therapy. Please check with your insurer. We give you a written fee breakdown so you can ask them.
How much does it cost?
Fees depend on the number of sessions each week and the programme. We share fees directly on WhatsApp and put them in writing before you commit. There are no hidden charges.
Who supervises the programme?
ABA at Beyond Milestones is delivered under approved supervision, as the QABA board requires of ABAT-level practitioners.
Will I see my child's progress?
Yes. We collect data every session and share a written progress report every month.
